Sarah, our exceptional Head Horticulturist, boasts an impressive 18-year tenure at Regal Innovations. 

Sarah is an industry recognised thought leader and has worked with and learnt from industry luminaries Simon Leake and Stuart Pittenbrigh. She is passionate about creating spaces that bring joy to people and contribute to healthier cities. Her approach seamlessly blends technical mastery with an innate sense of aesthetics, resulting in projects that are not only visually stunning but also deeply sustainable. Her meticulous work ethic and role as an environmental steward contribute to projects that stand as exemplars of responsible landscaping. 

Sarah provides oversight and training to Regal's workforce, instilling the best horticultural practices across multiple sites. Her collaborative leadership style fosters a culture of growth and continuous improvement, ensuring her team members are well-equipped to deliver work of the highest standard.
