Regal Innovations has been working with Harrington Estates for over 20 years. Completing the streetscapes and recreation facilities throughout the development in a combination of design and construct and construct only projects.

Harrington Park Estate is a residential development focusing on preserving and enhancing the natural landscape, including the regeneration of the local bushland.

The estate covers approximately 1,200 hectares, with more than 60% of the area dedicated to open space, including parks, reserves, and conservation areas. The developers have worked closely with environmental consultants to ensure the preservation of the existing natural environment and the regeneration of degraded areas.

The estate features several parks and reserves, including the centrally located Harrington Forest Park. This park spans over 25 hectares and includes a large lake, walking trails, and picnic areas. Other parks within the estate include Camden Park, Cascade Park, and Folly Reserve, which feature playgrounds, BBQ facilities, and sports fields.

The subdivision has been awarded Best Master Planned Community in NSW for 2013, 2014 and 2016.
