Ashley is on a mission to pioneer smarter and more sustainable solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver inspirational public spaces that impact positively to the environment.

He has a wealth of expertise in the planning and execution of complex projects as well as a thorough understanding of different project types both massive and simple. He has spearheaded transformative initiatives, enhancing safety, quality, and environment programs across all projects.

Over his 11-years at Regal Innovations, Ashley has grown to become a key leader who has been instrumental in elevating the company to a stand out position in the industry. He has built very successful teams. His dedication goes above and beyond conventional boundaries as he passionately pursues innovative solutions in the design and construction process. Ashley works collaboratively with clients, communities, stakeholders and Regal Innovations’ teams to find new solutions to old-world problems. He gets great satisfaction from establishing a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, exchange of ideas, and teamwork.
