Regal Innovations is excited to be working with ICON Constructions in delivering the landscape, public open space, green infrastructure and playgrounds for a once-in-a-generation investment in social and affordable housing in Melbourne by Homes Victoria.
This project is a first of its kind for Victoria, as Homes Victoria will be delivering this social housing through a Ground Lease Model with a non-profit partnership with the private sector. It's a privilege to contribute to a project that not only addresses a critical social need but also recognises the profound social and well-being benefits of providing equitable access to high-quality open and public spaces.
